Britafiel

Who we are: Britafiel has as main activity the extraction and manufacturing of mineral granitic masses - aggregates and ornamental rocks. The exploitation of the company is made at the "Pedreira de Vilar", in Duas Igrejas, county of Penafiel, place well known as being the excellence area for the extraction of granitic blue stone, which has a higher quality. Besides the exploitation for industrial purposes, Britafiel has developed a project specially oriented to the decoration of outside spaces - STOCO - Natural Creative Granite.

Technology: The company has invested in equipements that allow higher levels of productivity, even in more demanding circumstances, with proven reliability and durability, which are technological updated and adjusted to the highest quality standards and to the demands of the existing European legislation.

Britafiel has METSO (HP4) most modern conical grinders for the secondary and tertiary sector, placed on the market in 2006, the first ones in Portugal; which allow the achieving of high quality shaped products. Quality: Is one of the main areas in this kind of industry and essential for the success of any organization.
