Since 1 July 2018 which is under way the second phase of implementation of the Electronic Complaints book ends 1 July 2019.
Economic operators that provide the Electronic Complaints book shall comply with the rules laid down in Decree-Law No. 74/2017, of 21 September, of which the obligation to reply to the consumer within 15 working days of the date of reception of the complaint.
