Bezerras, LDA.

Bezerras was founded in 1997 and it has started its work by devoting itself to Public works and construction; it has been dedicating itself to these kind of work till the end 2002. However due to the worldwide adverse situation, it has tried to adapt itself to the new economic reality and has decided to change business. From Januray 2003 Bezerras has started a new stage by acquiring a quarry for the exploitation of granite and its transformation in crushed rock aggregates, in a geographic and geological resources strategic place which is Guimarães - porphyroid granite alias Braga's Granite - colour light grey and bluish and medium grain. The companies headquarters are in Vila Nova de Gaia, Oporto where is located the Comercial, Financial and Human Resources Management. The Quarry or exploitation is located at Pedreiras street in Airão S. João Baptista, at Guimarães, Braga province. They have production centers , as auxiliary facilities: the Crushing center and a Sand Central, a laboratory where rehearsals to control, the aggregates quality are made; a mechanical shop and a support blacksmithing to the producing equipment; a parts warehouse with calculated and estimated stocks based on the used equipements in the production of aggregates, bathrooms, locker rooms, kitchen, training room and first aid station, an office for the administrative services and balance control.
