Brivel

Brivel ows its existence to its founding partner, Adelino Ferreira who, aware of the lack of gravel and sand in the Vila Real market had to get those products in other regions. On the 6th January 1992 he decides to create BRIVEL - Britas de Vila Real, Lda in Vilarinho de Samardã, with the purpose of supplying the Vila Real aggregates market. In 1994 changes its location to S.Tomé de Castelo.

From that date, this company assumes bigger relevance in the entrepreneur tissue of Vila Real, since it is the main supplier of the aggregates market, not only connected to the civil construction but also to all kinds of public constructions. In 2003, with the purpose of diversifying its range of products and also profiting from the raw material source produced at its infrastructures (Gravels and Sand) it creates a production center of ready mixed concrete, adopting the actual name BRIVEL - Britas e Betões de Vila Real, S.A.
